"Theological intelligence...refers to the minister's ability to see God at work in himself/herself and others - even when they feel inadequate to do the work God has called them to do. The practice of ministry is not based on how competent, gifted, talented, and well-trained the pastor is. Ministry is Spirit-led and Spirit-filled. God is always at work in and through us and the people in our congregations. And even though we often act otherwise, it is God's work not ours. The Lord has invited us for the ride, but the Holy Spirit is in the driver's seat."
