YOUR CHURCH is committed to employing only people who are United States citizens or who are aliens legally authorized to work in the United States. YOUR CHURCH does not illegally discriminate because of a person’s citizenship or national origin.
Because the church complies with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, every new staff member is required to complete the Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 and show documents that prove identity and employment eligibility.
If a staff member leaves the church and is rehired, they must complete another Form I-9 if the previous I-9 with YOUR CHURCH is more than three years old, if the original I-9 is no longer accurate, or if the church no longer has the original I-9.
