The Executive Pastor Is An HR ManagerYOUR CHURCH works diligently to create and maintain a safe workplace for staff members and guests. First aid stations are located in the children’s building upstairs in the storeroom adjacent to classroom #1 and on the main level at the end of the back hallway leading to the west stair tower. A first aid station is also located in the main worship building just inside the parent room. AEDs are also located in each building, both near the ADT security system keypads.

Accidents and/or other significant incidents should be documented by the ministry area leader using an Incident Report form available via YOUR CHURCH’s Management System document library on the YOUR CHURCH intranet. Each incident, once documented, should be reported to the Executive Pastor. Appropriate follow up action(s) will be determined by the Executive Pastor, ministry area leader, and any other involved individuals needed. These actions are documented via the Incident Report. Incident Reports are filed electronically by the Executive Pastor for a minimum of five years.

In all cases, it is YOUR CHURCH’s desire to take whatever steps that might be necessary to prevent incidents from happening repeatedly.

YOUR CHURCH may also provide CPR/AED training for its staff members and key volunteers if needed. Staff members and key volunteers serving in certain positions are required to get and maintain a certification.
