Resignation

Another section of the Staff Policy Manual

July 30, 2015

The Executive Pastor Is An HR ManagerResignation is defined as the voluntary termination of one’s employment with YOUR CHURCH. If a staff member decides to resign for whatever reason, it should be done in writing and at least two weeks in advance of the staff member’s last day of work.

Upon the receipt of a staff member’s resignation, YOUR CHURCH will schedule an exit interview to allow the resigning staff member to explain their reason for resignation and to take care of certain details related to the staff member’s separation (changes in or termination of facility access, benefit changes if applicable, e-mail and network account termination, etc.).
