This book is an absolute must for the executive pastor’s bookshelf. In fact, I’ve suggested to many a staff member that they purchase their own copy.
Regardless, it’s a great tool to use when meeting with staff and helping them to navigate, when it comes to taxation, housing allowance, opting out of Social Security, money-saving strategies, financial planning, and the list goes on. It’s also loaded with form examples and tax form information depending on the situation.
I bought a copy when I first became an executive pastor, and I’ve bought a new copy every year since.
It’s one of the most “used” books on my shelf!
