Strategy, Method, and Analysis for Church Leaders

Northeast Pastors’ Network

As you know, I am Executive Pastor of Christ’s Church of the Valley here in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Like other churches, we are very serious about reaching people who don’t have a relationship with Jesus in our area. We also feel called to help other Independent Christian Churches (ICC) in our area to do the same.

Our interest is in connecting church leaders from ICC churches in the northeast, supporting and helping them and their ministries. One of the things we do each quarter is hosting the Northeast Pastors’ Summit. This is a gathering of ICC church leaders from as far south as Virginia, north as New Hampshire, and west as Pittsburgh. Attendance has been as high as 70 and is continuing to grow as we spread the word. The next Summit will be held on our site Wednesday, December 2, 2009. The Summit begins at 10 a.m. with registration and greeting time followed (10:30 a.m.) by workshops on different ministry topics led by church leaders from around the region. From there, lunch is provided and a keynote speaker is brought in to speak to the group on a topic that best serves church leaders in the northeast.

If you’re interested in attending the Summit, shoot me an e-mail!

The network of ICC church leaders is 200+ large … and growing. To help these leaders to serve together and stay connected between events, we’ve created a Facebook page. Here’s the URL:

If you are an ICC church leader in the northeast or elsewhere in the country and want to connect with leaders in the northeast, become a “fan!”
