Hi Kevin.
First off I want to say happy and a blessed new year.
The new resource page is awesome for executive pastors. I'm starting at CMCC (Mississauga, Ontario, Canada) on the 18th as an executive pastor for Jim Tune, this coming Monday. I know I'll be writing a lot of policies, documents, etc. The resource page will allow me to have a strong idea where to begin and I imagine we will adopt a lot from your resource page.
Thanks for sharing this.

Was listening to ESPN radio last week in the car and one of the commentators on there was using mixed metaphors left and right, like they were going out of style! In the matter of 3 minutes, he managed to drop 1. "That's got deja vu written all over it!" 2. "He is one bright cookie" (pretty sure its sharp cookie) and 3. "I'm just gonna take a stab in the dark" (isn't it shot in the dark or take a stab at it)?!?!?? All the while I couldn't wait to post such insanity, right here on ExecutivePastorOnline.com, the home of mixed metaphors galore

>Art,
I enjoyed the links which you submitted. Actually quite a refreshing admission on the importance of taking discipleship to action beyond the speech. I would be interested on your personal insight on the contextual interpretation of "The Great Commission", was it to the ends of the earth or the land (meaning) Israel? Every translator is a traitor to their presupposition. Am I to be ridiculed to feel guilty in a call issued to the apostlic band? Might you provide a link?
